In light of the recent COVID-19 virus pandemic, we have rescheduled our Auction to Saturday, June 13, 2020. Because the health of our participants is our top priority we are hosting our Auction online only this year through GiveSmart, a highly qualified Auction host company.
For any of you who already purchased your Auction tickets, you can either request a full refund, or we can credit your account as making a 100% tax deductible donation. If you would like your ticket purchase to be donated, there is no need to contact us. Donation statements and letters will automatically be generated and sent out after the Auction. Our Auction website has items available to begin previewing now. We will open bidding at NOON on Sat, June 13 and close bidding that evening. Anyone can bid from the comfort of your own home - you just need to create a free account and login. There is no fee to participate.
